This is the disclosure required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan, common to all services provided by GARLAND inc. For individual paid services, the disclosure under the Act posted on each service’s page applies in preference to this disclosure.

- Prices and fees
- The fees for each service are displayed on that service’s website or application screen. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices include consumption tax.
- Additional charges
- Internet connection fees, communication charges, etc. required to use the Services are borne by the customer.
- Payment methods
- By the method separately specified for each service (such as credit card payment).
- Payment timing
- As specified in the terms or application screen of each service. For subscriptions, the first payment is made at the time of contract, and subsequent payments are made automatically according to the contract period.
- Service delivery
- After the prescribed payment is completed, the service can be used from the time specified by each service.
- Returns, cancellations and termination
- As specified in the terms of each service. Due to the nature of the services (digital services), refunds after the start of provision are, in principle, not given unless otherwise specified by each service. Cancellation of a subscription takes effect at the next renewal, in accordance with the rules of each service.
- Cooling-off
- As the Services fall under mail-order sales, they are not subject to the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
- System requirements
- An internet connection and the latest version of a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) are required.
